PKSF launched online training course “Operation Management in COVID 19 situation” for its POs.
To address the unique challenges that the Partner Organizations (POs) are facing in implementing their day to day development operations during the COVID-19 pandemic, an online training course for PO employees is launched by PKSF on 12 August 2020. PKSF Managing Director Mr. Mohammad Moinuddin Abdullah inaugurated the training program titled ‘Operation Management in COVID 19 situation’. Deputy Managing Director Mr. Golam Touhid delivered the introductory remarks.
The overall objective of the course is to better equip the PO staffs for managing their activities both at office and field level during the COVID 19 situation as per Government and PKSF guidelines. The four-day long training course consists four customized problem-solving sessions each in a day having a duration of 90 minutes. The first batch of this course has a total of 21 top level employees from 21 different POs as the training participant. However, PKSF is contemplating to cover more staffs from all its other POs under this on-line training program as per their demand.
