Policy on Complaint Redress System


PKSF has formulated a Complaint Box to its website in order to enable the staffs of its POs and relevant stakeholders to file complaints and seek redress in the event of any unfortunate incidence while availing PKSF service. It has also formulated a Policy on Complaint Redress System to treat the complaints placed in the box.
